Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be raised within 48 hours of placing an order.
  • Cancellation may not be possible once work has begun or a service has been delivered.
  • For subscription based services, you may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing date.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
  • Refunds are considered for services that have not yet been started or delivered.
  • Digital products, completed work, and consumed services are generally non-refundable.
  • Any applicable processing or gateway fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. To be eligible, the request must be raised within 7 days of the original payment along with the order details and reason for the request. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet these conditions.
